Southampton National Park Climate
At the Southampton National Park make sure to bring lots of warm gear for the winter and summer. The short summers are warm and moist. The average temperature in the summer is around 15 degrees Celsius, so make sure to bring a sweater. In the winter temperature can be as cold as -18 degrees Celsius, but don't fear, our cozy cabins are all equipped with a wood burning fire place and under floor heating. Precipitation levels are roughly 250 mm per year, so don't expect a lot of rain or snow.

Here is a climate graph of Iqaluit Nunavut. Iqaluit is close to the National Park, however it is slightly more western, so the National Park temperatures will be a little warmer as it is more Eastern and Southern.
